Contributions
Contributions can be submitted in English or German. Within a symposium, the language should be consistent. To ensure that English-speaking scientists can also participate actively, we encourage you to offer your contributions in English. If necessary, we will therefore ask authors whether a lecture can also be held in English.
| Talk | presents completed empirical research. The talk time including discussion is 20 minutes and the length of the submitted abstract is a maximum of 2000 characters. |
| Poster | serve to present completed empirical research work. Posters are better suited than presentations to discuss the details of an investigation with interested parties without the time constraints that are inevitable with presentations. No parallel events will take place during the poster presentation. The format for posters is DIN-A0 (portrait format), the length of the abstract to be submitted is a maximum of 2000 characters. When submitting your poster you can optionally apply for the "Blitz Talks" session of the conference via our submission system by activating the corresponding check box. |
| Symposium | bundle 4 to 5 presentations on a specific topic. Symposia are scheduled for 80 minutes (for example: 5 x 15 minutes + final discussion). The invitation, compilation of the contributions, as well as their timing is the responsibility of the initiator. The initiator is responsible for the registration of the symposium and the individual contributions. He or she moderates the symposium. In order to register a symposium, the initiator of the symposium must first enter a title and an abstract (max. 2000 characters) on the topic of the symposium. In addition, we ask the initiator to upload a document in which the presenters at the symposium and their contribution titles are listed. The individual contributions to the symposium must then be entered separately in the system by the respective presenters as the contribution type "talk".The title schould match the information in the symposium submission. |
| Extended Talk | serve the well-founded and pointed presentation of one's own scientific position on a topic. The lecture time, including discussion, is 40 minutes. The length of the abstract to be submitted is a maximum of 2000 characters. |
| Preconference Workshop | We would like to enrich the conference with a small, selected number of workshops on current topics. These workshops will take place on the day before the official start of the meeting, i.e. H. take place on Sunday, September 19th, 2021. Please use this contribution type if you would like to offer such a workshop and formulate the description of your workshop (2000 characters) in the abstract. In addition, we ask you to upload a document in which you describe the idea and the planned organization in detail (750 words). Preconference workshops can be registered in addition to a regular contribution (position presentation, symposium contribution, individual presentation, poster).

| Blitz Talk | When submitting your contribution via our submission system, you can also apply for the "Blitz Talks" session of the conference by activating the corresponding check box. With a Blitz talk, you present your research to the audience in an entertaining way in 5 minutes. |
